The length of the flight depends on the size of your property and the amount of angles and shots needed to complete your video. It depends entirely on the size of the home. A two bedroom two-bathroom condo could take as little as a half hour. A three-bedroom two-bathroom home could take an hour or more.  A residential home 3000-6000 sq.ft could take one to two hours. If you have a monster home, large office space, or a huge business yard, it could take 3-5 hours – trust the process.

You can usually schedule your commercial flight within 7 days. You can usually schedule your residential flight within 2 days.

For smaller homes, we guarantee the first draft within 48hrs. For larger, more complex properties, we guarantee the first draft within 5 business days. Edits can be requested to the first draft video. After edits are received the final draft will be delivered within the next 24 business hours.

We are a very nimble group and we operate within the entire US for commercial and business drone tours. Residential flights are only in Illinois, at this time. Don’t worry Florida, we’re growing!

When our magic is done and your project is completed, you will be notified via email with a link that will bring you to a folder where your files can be downloaded. We even offer an online repository to host and store your videos for easy access.

Absolutely! You will get a hosted link to use on the MLS when activating your listing. Be sure to put it in the “Virtual Tour” link section as most of the third-party websites will not pull in the “Additional Media” links.
